The Adnan Jaffery Educational Trust, trading as One Degree, is made up of volunteer trustees comprising of former mentors and students, teachers, education specialists and industry professionals.

Since 2009 One Degree has been supporting disadvantaged and underperforming GCSE students through personalised mentoring, targeted teaching and flexible online and in-person academic support. Our dedication to personalised support has helped students improve their GCSE performance by up to 40%. This educational boost not only opens professional doors for our students, but increases self-confidence, ultimately changing their life direction. Read more about our story here.
