The Adnan Jaffery Educational Trust, trading as One Degree, is made up of volunteer mentors, former students, teachers, education specialists and London professionals, who mentors GCSE students in London. Since 2009 we have worked with hundreds of pupils below the floor standards for educational attainment, and helped them improve their GCSE performance by up to 40%. This educational boost not only opens professional doors for our students, but increases self-confidence, ultimately changing their life direction. Read more about our story here.

Roger Wynne

Roger leads the One Degree programme multi-tasking as an operations manager, fundraiser and volunteer engagement.

Prior to joining One Degree, Roger ran two social enterprises focusing on educating and empowering struggling communities in South Africa.

Asif is the Head of Global Markets EMEA at Mizuho and a former Head of Global Credit for HSBC. Asif brings with him a wealth of mentoring experience as well as financial planning and corporate networks.
