In 2024, One Degree’s 15th year of running youth development mentoring programmes, we embarked on a vital new chapter, unveiling an innovative 15-week trial of our groundbreaking 7-day-a-week online mentoring booking calendar.
Since its inception in 2018 as the ‘One Degree Network’, a pioneering platform where students could safely connect with mentors between our in-person sessions, this initiative has evolved into the cornerstone of our youth mentoring programmes. Six years later, we are proud to introduce an entirely reimagined mentoring experience.
Our 2024 15-week trial has been a phenomenal success, transforming the landscape of academic and personal development for students and mentors alike. This is not just a step forward; it’s a giant leap into a new era of youth empowerment, inspiration, and aspiration.
The success of our trial also means that there are even fewer barriers to participation and more schools and students across London can now benefit from our personalised support.
