- you can become a One Degree mentor and help new students with English and/or Maths revision;
- you can sign up for career mentoring and receive your very own personal development and career development mentor;
- you can join our summer workshops and training where you will gain skills in CV writing, interview techniques, career choices, university advice and so much more;
- you can join our alumni board and help shape One Degree’s future;
- and you can even become a junior trustee on our charity board.

- Finding you your own career mentor
- Identifying online academic mentoring needs
- Connecting you with work shadow/experience opportunities
- Setting up your own LinkedIn profile to enable you access to our network of professionals around the world
- Build your CV with volunteering (One Degree ambassador and more) and certificates (short courses in your areas of interest through our partner charities)
- Plus, anything further, you wish to discuss

Coming back and helping on our One Degree programmes not only allows you to give back to the charity that helped you, but it adds a beneficial element to your CV. First become a One Degree ambassador and then you can do some mentor training and become a mentor if you want to give back even more.

Would you like your very own career mentor? Once we know a little bit more about what you want out of your career mentor we will set you up for an industry expert in your chosen field, or from an industry you are interested in. You and your mentor will then meet up quarterly, or as often as you both are able to, to discuss how to make your CV, get interviews, get the experience you need, and more.

Become a Junior Charity Trustee
Every year we look for new Junior Trustees to join our charity board. Aside from a great additional to your CV, this allows you to expand your network and meet experienced trustees. Trustee Board meetings take place five times per year.
